Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Bengaluru Jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

Arbitration Clause

1. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Event Registration, or any other agreement related to the Website [www.jasreenraien.com](the “Agreement”) shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the provisions set forth below.

2. Arbitration Agreement
Both parties agree to resolve any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with the Agreement through binding arbitration, rather than through the courts. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

3. Governing Law
This arbitration clause and any arbitration proceedings shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, as amended from time to time, and any rules of arbitration as may be adopted by the Indian Courts.

4. Appointment of Arbitrators
The arbitration tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator, who will be appointed by the event organizer (the Claimant). In case the Claimant does not wish to appoint the arbitrator, the arbitrator shall be appointed by the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) or any other institution of your choice in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

5. Seat and Venue of Arbitration
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator(s) shall have the authority to determine the procedural rules for the arbitration.

6. Language of Arbitration
The language of arbitration shall be English only

7. Award and Enforcement
The award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, and the parties agree to comply with the terms of the award. The award may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction in India or any other jurisdiction where enforcement may be sought.

8. Costs of Arbitration
The costs of the arbitration, including the arbitrator’s fees, administrative fees, and any other costs associated with the arbitration, shall be borne by the losing party, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise in the award. The Claimant will bear the costs of initiating the arbitration, and the Respondent will bear any costs that arise from their response and participation in the process.

9. No Prejudice to Legal Remedies
This clause does not prevent either party from seeking provisional or interim relief, including injunctions or other interim orders, from a competent court of law in the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, India, in relation to any dispute, prior to or during the arbitration process.

10. Confidentiality
All aspects of the arbitration, including any documents exchanged or disclosed during the proceedings, the final award, and the conduct of the arbitration, shall be kept confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon by both parties.
